Clatsop
Community Action has a program for clients without
access to a phone number and/or an address. This Mail/Messenger
Service allows participants to designate CCA as an address and to take phone
messages for clients. Those without this basic need now have referral
numbers and addresses to use for employment and housing referrals as
well as to make other contacts.
