Housing Programs
Clatsop Community Action's
housing assistance programs are for low-income and homeless individuals and
families. CCA administers both state and federally supported housing
assistance programs which seek to end chronic homelessness & assist
those who are in eminent danger of becoming homeless.
Hilltop Apartments
Clatsop Community Action
owns and operates 22-unit Hilltop Apartments in
Astoria. Hilltop Apartments serve people at or below 80
percent of the County's median income.
Homeless Case Management
Clatsop Community Action
case manager works with large numbers of families who find themselves at
risk of homelessness, and visits local agencies who work with the homeless
population.

Rental Assistance Programs
Clatsop Community Action administers
several rental
assistance programs.
Funding & availability may be limited.
Transitional Housing
CCA has
four transitional
housing units which are available to clients as well. Two are located at Hilltop
Apartments, and two are in scattered sites.

Oregonians with special needs from becoming homeless. By promoting upward
mobility and home ownership, we are able to help working adults move beyond
governmental assistance. Our programs create the stable housing base to help
enhance self-sufficiency and the ability to build better lives.
